The Trust Center Admin Interface is the management portal where organizations configure, customize, and maintain their customer-facing Trust Center. This interface provides comprehensive tools for managing documents, organizing content sections, handling access requests, and customizing the appearance of your public Trust Center site.
The Admin Interface is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing security and compliance teams to easily share their security posture with external stakeholders without requiring technical expertise.

Dashboard
The Trust Center Management dashboard provides an overview of your Trust Center's status and activity:
Overview Card - Displays key metrics and status information
Trusted Partners Card - Shows organizations you've identified as trusted partners or clients

Accessing the Admin Interface
Log in to your AskInfosec account
Navigate to the main dashboard
Select "Trust Center" from the main navigation menu
You will be directed to the Trust Center Management dashboard

Managing Documents
Adding Documents to Your Trust Center
You can add documents to your Trust Center in two ways:
Upload New Documents:
From the Documents section, click "Add Document"
Select "Upload New Document"
Choose the file to upload
Enter document metadata (title, description, etc.)
Set permission level and maturity status
Assign to appropriate section(s)
Click "Save" to add the document
Link Existing Documents:
From the Documents section, click "Add Document"
Select "Link Existing Document"
Browse or search for documents in your system

Setting Document Permissions
For each document, you can set one of three permission levels:
Public - Accessible to all Trust Center visitors without restrictions
Restricted - Requires approved access request to view
Hidden - Not visible in public listings, only accessible with direct approval
To set document permissions:
Navigate to the document details page
In the Permissions section, select the appropriate level
Save your changes
The system will apply the new permission settings immediately
Tracking Document Maturity
The maturity tracking feature allows you to indicate the implementation status of security controls:
N/A - Not applicable to your organization
Not Started - Planned but not yet implemented
In Progress - Currently being implemented
Partially Implemented - Implemented with limitations
Fully Implemented - Completely implemented and operational
To set maturity level:
Navigate to the document details page
In the Maturity section, select the appropriate level
Save your changes
The maturity indicator will be displayed on the public site
Managing Sections
Creating a New Section
To create a new content section:
From the Trust Center Management dashboard, locate the Sections area
Click "Add Section"
Enter section details:
Section Name
Description
Category (Security, Compliance, Privacy, etc.)
Display Order
Visibility Setting
Click "Create" to add the section
You can now add documents to this section
Organizing Documents in Sections
To add documents to a section:
Navigate to the section details page
Click "Add Documents"
Select documents from your document library
Arrange documents in your preferred order
Save your changes
The documents will now appear in this section on the public site
Managing Section Visibility
To control section visibility:
Navigate to the section details page
Toggle the "Visible" switch on or off
Save your changes
Hidden sections will not appear on the public site
Managing Access Requests
Configuring Access Request Settings
To customize the access request process:
Navigate to the Settings section
Select the "Functionality" tab
In the Access Requests section, configure:
Required fields (job title, company, etc.)
Custom checkbox requirements
Terms of service consent
Save your settings
The access request form will reflect these settings
Processing Access Requests
To handle incoming access requests:
Navigate to the Access Requests section
View the list of pending requests
Click on a request to view details
